My mother has ordered Sensa and I would like to know if it works? She really want’s to loose weight but she can’t exercise because of her rheumatoid arthritis. She walks about 4miles on our school track but it hasn’t really helped her loose weight.So what are your personal experiences of whatever?

im only 13, so dont tell me all this stuff about drinking black coffee because im not allowed to drink it!!!

and does this grean tea or grean tea talets acctually do what it is supposed to do by upping your metabolisim.

There is really no magic “diet” out there that is going to help you lose weight in a healthy manner and keep weight off.

Being that you are 13 years old it is important that you don’t deprive your body of the things it needs and with some diets that can happen.

I would recommend following the food pyramid. That is the best diet you can do. And don’t forget to exercise regularly.
