I’m thinking of going back on the Slimfast diet cos it’s easy to stick to, but there are so many different types of Slimfast product now that I’m not sure which one’s to choose.

Slimfast is overrated- it’s loaded with extra sugar. USANA makes nutrition shakes that taste way better and have significantly less sugar.
USANA is one of those multi-level marketing companies, but I still believe their nutrition shakes are very good compared to other brands.
Just remember that diet shakes are meant to replace meals, but you must also eat your 5 servings of daily veggies. Diet shakes are also very high in protein, so don’t drink them as snacks in addition to 3 meals/day. Too much protein can stress your kidneys. Most people in the US consume too much protein.
