Slim Fast Diet Week 7; Can I go on the slimfast diet even though I am under 18?

I have lost 18 pounds!!!! Measurements: Waist: 32.75 inches Upper arms: 11.75 inches Thighs: 20.75 inches Calves: 13.5 inches Neck: 13.5 inches Bust: 38.5 inches Under bust: 33.75 inches

Am I able to go on the 3 2 1 diet for slimfast for a while if I am not 18? I am still consuming the needed nutrients and eating enough protein and exercising. I read the ingredients on the can and I didn’t see anything that could possibly harm me for being younger than 18. Has anyone had this experience…
Slimfast is proven to curb your hunger and it has been 2 days so far and I don’t feel very hungry…

Question by May: Is Jenny Craig available for people under 15?
I’m 13 years old, weigh about 79kg and I was thinking of losing weight with Jenny Craig but I’m just worried its just for Adults only. How does Jenny Craig work? Like a meal plan, drugs, exercise plan or something? Thanks.

Don’t say that I don’t need to lose weight and I’m fine the way I am cause thats not my answer

1st your still growing dont worry too much

2nd if you wanna lose weight you can’t really believe those commercials eating disgusting food will not help you

3rd eating vegetables, little meat, and fish and staying away from sweets breads and pastas will help would lose weight but get all your nutrients eat filling food with little calories

4th EXERCISE ITS THE SUMMER YOUR NOT AT SCHOOL, bike, jump rope, theres lots of sports

5th if you have and ipod touch theres an app called lose it its free use it. it helps you log the food and exercise for the day and you have a suggested calorie limit and depending on the food you eat and the exercises you do it tells you if you had more less calories then you should have to lose 0-2 pounds a week
