My boyfriend came home last week and said “We are going to do the Atkins Diet”. I have been researching a lot of sites about this diet. Ihave read the good, the bad and the ugly. I just want to here from regular people with experience soI am looking for people who have tried it or are currently on this diet. What are your success stories, horror stories.. What can I expect and is it worth it? Thanks!

yes adkin original was first with his diet then south beach improved it and later adkin improved theirs. research on dieting is wonderful and I done all three. I always lose weight on diet til I became congested in the lymph system and learned a great deal to share. I research fluid retention diets on my group but we are open to everyone. I have a chat room, diet journal and help with the adkins plan if needed. you both could do the diet with my journal to track it.
