Just like everyone else i need to lose weight… and i was wondering if it would be smart/safe to do both at the same time…along with morning and afternoon runs or is that to much… thx

No, you will hit a wall and not have the energy to do the workouts right. Follow the given p90x diet.

okay so…i hate my brother as wells as his friends riht now..im trying my best to lose weight and they decided to CHUG PHUCKING 9 out of 12 slimfast AND! EAT ALL THE SLIMFAST CANDY BARS! I HATE THEM SO MUCH FOR IT! I HOPE YOU GET A DESEASE FOR DRINKING TOO MUCH OF IT!
