Its possible as you can slow your metabolism using these products & when you go back to eating properly you body being already in starvation mode puts the weight back on.

Am I able to go on the 3 2 1 diet for slimfast for a while if I am not 18? I am still consuming the needed nutrients and eating enough protein and exercising.
