Hey, so I’m 17 and i need to lose around 40 pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life and I’ve tried weight watchers and everything already. My mom agreed to nutrisystem because it’s easy and she wants me to lose weight. Will it work since I’m young? Has anyone has success with it? my food should be here tomorrow !

Yes, if you follow the plan TO THE LETTER it will work. All NutriSystem does is portion control. If you combine that with exercising for at least 30 minutes 3-5 times per week, you WILL lose weight. Whatever you do, do not skip any of the meals or snacks – eating less than the recommended amount will slow your metabolism and totally sabotage your plan. Good luck, sweetie!

I am on day two of the master cleanse, but I am taking methadone daily because of a past addiction to opiates. Is this dangerous?

You really should address this question with your doctor. It can be dangerous and sometimes life threatening to do different things while on certain medications.

Although the Master Cleanse is not a medicine or drug etc it does have an effect on your body so it should be reviewed with your doctor prior to starting.
