Beachbody Ultimate Reset Week 1 Recap

www.facebook.com Im part of a test group for the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. I will be making videos on a weekly basis including POST Reset to give you my honest review on the program. Most of you have been kinda sorta following my journey as I go through the Beachbody Ultimate Reset. Well here is a short update (editing my video tonight to post on my youtube) Im on day 10 (half way there YAY) and the first few days were tough. I wasn’t the cleanest eater before this I will admit it and Im a snacker especially at night so that is when I would crave things the most BUT after day 3 that stop completely AMEN to that! The food/recipes have been VERY VERY good as you can tell Im enjoying them by my pics i have been posting and you all know i hate and can’t cook and i have made almost all the meals myself without Brad’s help. He has done I think 2 meals (1 bcuz I had eye surgery and 1 because I was taking care of the kids). Basically if i can cook these things anyone can lol :) The first week is the week is called RECLAIM and its you slowly getting into certain habits & cutting out certain foods (meat & dairy) from your diet. The 2nd week you are detoxing and getting rid of a lot of toxins from your body and you are completely VEGAN. And the 3rd week I haven’t got to yet so I can’t really tell you much about it just yet but I hear thats where the magic happens. I feel absolutely amazing you guys…. Im serious!
