I gained about 15lbs. I was 110 now I’m 125. I wanna be 110 again. I ordered nutrisystem a week ago, lost 3lbs the first 3days and now i’m still 122. Am i gonna lose more weight if i stick to the diet?

Yeah, my cousin lost 50 pounds on nutrisystem in like 2 week because he was stuck on it
