I am seriously OB I am 6′ and weigh 376 I gained a ton of weight when I quit smoking. I am starting to have complications from my weight and just want to be healthy and feel good. I was just wondering what some others have had success with.

Eat right and exercise. The best dieting advice I’ve heard is that dieting is a lifestyle. You need to turn your life around so that you’re eating healthy food, getting all the nutrition you need, and exercising.
