Question by stew1215: I started taking mannatech but was also introduced to isagenix. Which is safer and better for you?
I was introduced to mannatech and started taking it. My chiropractor advised against due to my blood type which is B+. I was also introduced to isagenix now I’m confused. Anyone out there know? I don’t want to keep guessing by taking a multitude of supplements.

My husband did a Isagenix cleanse a little while ago. He really liked it. Don’t know about that other stuff you mentioned. I’d suggest going to your local health food store and talking to them. They always seem to have all the answers for me.

All over the counter HCG “formulas” related to weight loss were banned on January 24, 2011
This is the same protocol used to ban Hydroxycut in 2009.
The promoters (con artists) have no acceptable clinical evidence their “product” does what they claim it will.

Anyone that lost weight did it because they ate fewer calories than they burned. That’s it!
The only approved use for HCG is to increase fertility in both men and women.
HCG levels increase in pregnant women.
Since pregnant women gain weight, does injecting yourself with this hormone or
ingesting it make sense to lose weight?
