I don’t have 5 exercises, but I do have 5 specific movements that are the best for a fat burning workout. These movements should be in all total body workouts if you have time. First is any type of squatting movement. So this can be barbell squats, dumbbell squats, bodyweight squats, single leg squats, and can even be split squats. Further, this should be the first exercise in a total body fat burning workout. Try any exercise where there is a bending of the hips, pushing the butt down to parallel or lower to the floor, and come back up nice and strong. My favourite total body fat burning exercise is barbell squats, but if you don’t have equipment, you can use bodyweight squats for bodyweight interval training. Also, deadlifts are a great squatting movement, but these also fall into the category of a pulling exercise, so you can use this exercise in either category (or cover two categories with just one total body exercise). Second is a pushing movement. This can be bench press, push press, any type of push up, or a dumbbell press. Ideally, you will want to choose an exercise that is total body. I prefer push-ups or heavy presses because you get more out of that exercise than what you would get from a cable cross over for the chest for example. Third is any type of pulling movement. I have lost 25 pounds with exercise and diet. But I am kind of stuck and need to lose about 13 more pounds before my test. Can I take weight lost pills like hydroxycut or energyboliser? They contained efedra and other stimulants. I have not taken anything so far because I am worried they might show in the test and get disqualified. My recruiter has no idea if they are OK to take. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Stay away from stimulants. I am an athlete who knows this one. In the long run, they do not help you lose weight. Good luck.

well, i know that eating less will have the body adjust to the new calorie intake and thus, no further weight loss. So how is it possible to have permanent weight loss if eating less doesn’t work?

Please give tips and suggestions, people who have sucessfully lost weight. thanks soo much!

The trick of losing weight is to fool your metabolism into thinking it is getting fed normally.If you try to lose weight by starving yourself,then your metabolism kicks in to low gear and hangs on to every scrap you feed yourself,making weight-loss impossible.Plus,after you have managed to starve yourself and not die,the minute you start eating again,your body sucks up every calorie it gets,and you pack the weight back on.
If you want to lose weight,which is a very difficult thing to do,you have to eat proper food:grains;veggies;low-fat meat./fish;drink plenty of water;and do some exercise.It sounds very simple,but it is very hard to do when you are de-toxing your body from fats and sugars.
Ask your doctor for an appropriate food plan for you.Don’t use or think of the word”diet.” It only serves to defeat you because it implies deprivation.And as humans,we do not like to be deprived of anything.
I might also suggest that you join a weight-loss group,like Overeaters Anonymous,or better still,a group like Weight Watchers.it is easier to lose weight if you are partnered with people who have the same goal as you.

PS:If you are a young person and need to lose weight:Start now because with every year,it becomes more and more difficult to lose weight and keep it off.Take the word of an old geezer.I know whereof I speak,sadly.
