I’ll use Nutrisystem…
It cost a lot a month, which may scare, but when you think about it…
On my diet, i spend per day (this is what i buy from the grocery store and cook, or fractions of a whole meal, etc…)
-$ 2 breakfast
-.50 morning snack
-$ 5.50 lunch
-$ 3.00 snack
-$ 8 dinner
WITHOUT the labor factor of cooking your own meals, you’re spending about $ 19 a day, or $ 570 a month for one person…
I have never been on Nutrisystem, but I’ve looked at it, and essentially it’s a starvation diet and thats why people lose weight, but you have to be dedicated and not swerve off the diet. You also have to exercise to lose weight. There are cheaper ones, but its the same deal. What really works is finding the right nutrition/diet plan for you (mine is lower carb, no white sugar), and exercise…
