I’m so exhausted and I want to know if it’s normal to feel tired when dieting. I thought it was supposed to give you energy? I’m onth biggest loser diet and I’m eating abotu 1500 cals a day if not more.

While some people feel energized after working out, many people just feel sweaty and tired
And depending on how much you ate before, the new diet (although it sounds very healthy), might be enough of a difference to cause your body – and mind- to go into a bit of a shock, which could result in fatigue. i, personally, get very, very grumpy when I change my eating habits
don’t worry, keep up the excellent work and your body will adjust! the longer you stick with it, the more energized and healthy you begin to feel.
