Genesis Pure Detox Program Day 1 and 2 Meal Overview

This outlines what I will be taking for day one and two. I highly recommend you prepare all meals the night before. It is not prudent to prepare in the morning or you might be late. It takes longer than you think to prepare all of these. Remember the three rules: Exercise for 20 minutes a day at least Drink at least 10 glasses of water (8oz) Days 1,2,6,7 are low fat high fiber meals or liquid meal replacement shakes.
