Question by jchung: How does one get ready for Master Cleanse?
I’ve gotten into a bad habit this summer. I constantly eat out. I give into cravings, midnight snacks and in result, I’ve packed on pounds. After giving it some thought, I thought about doing the Master Cleanse. How does one get ready for it? I have all the ingredients to make it. I just want to know what steps I can take to ease into it. And if you have done it, what motivated you and kept you on track?

Thank you.
