***Join the Atkins Diet Video Facebook fan page -bit.ly My Low Carb Blog – www.atkinsdietgeek.com *** In partnership with FaveDiets ( http ) recipe site, I was watching America’s Test Kitchen a few weeks ago, and they were doing a similar recipe to this video. This one took a bit to get the low carb conversion correct, but for those still in Induction, you can replace the savory toppings with Revolution Rolls dumplings. I tried both ways prior to making this video, and while the other method turned out fine, I liked the crumble topping more. For where to get Carbquik, I have found here to be the best deal: bit.ly Ingredients: – Crumble Topping – 1 1/2 cup Carbquik 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper 4 TBS Butter, unsalted 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated 1/2 cup Heavy Cream -Filling- 2 pounds Chicken Breast (Boneless & Skinless) 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth 1 Medium Onion 3 Celery Stalks 1/4 cup Carrots (optional) Salt / Pepper to taste 1/2 cup Cauliflower 1 tsp Tomato Paste 4 TBS Butter 1/4 cup Carbquik 1/4 cup Heavy Cream 1/4 cup Water 1 tsp Lemon Juice Makes 8 Servings. Don’t know too much about the atkins diet, but walnuts, pineapple, and apples are very healthy. There’s no way you’d gain weight from walnuts, and you would have to eat such an extreme amount of pineapple and apples to gain weight. Those are healthy natural foods.
