I’m a 32 year old female, 5’4, 185 lbs, would like to loose 40 lbs. I have 2 kids. I just joined the gym and am not good with diets. I need something that will boost my energy and suppress my appetite. I have tried alot of diet pills with no success. Please help.

no quick fix fat pills out there are safe or necesarily even work. i take caffine pills before i start working out to boost my energy during the workout. it works great, i end up exercising with a lot of intensity which in turn burns up the fat. and the best part is i know exactly what im taking, just like a cup of coffee only i dont stain my teeth :)
