Celebrity Hot Potato: 4/26/84, Part 1; If I remove simple sugar (ie. candy, soda, cake, etc.) from my diet will I lose weight?

The first in my planned tribute to Charlie O, here’s an original airing of Celebrity Hot Potato. This fun little show had it all: an engaging game, the superb hosting of Bill Cullen, a great music package, and a smokin’ hot set. While the show was still watchable, the addition of celebrities hurt it. The new intro sounded awkward, the Seven Straight Jackpot was removed, and some celebrities were more interested in cracking jokes than actually helping the contestants. I’ve left in all commercials. The ads in this segments are brought to you by the letter A: Ayds diet candy (yes, really), Aquafresh toothpaste, and Ace combs.

Have you had experience with this? How much and how long did it take you to lose weight?

Off course you will, those are high in calories, sugar, and fat.

Gradually, maybe 2lbs a week if you start excercsing as well.

I got used to eating better and now the regular stuff is way too sweet for me.

GB How Thomas Paine Was Saved From Beheading; I am going to take the new OTC weightloss pill Alli. To those that took Xenical how much did you lose?

Question by unsure: I am going to take the new OTC weightloss pill Alli. To those that took Xenical how much did you lose?
I know that Alli is half the dose of the prescription version, but I was just wondering what peoples results were.

I am currently following weight watchers and exercising 3x/week, but I still have a lot of weight to lose. I know I won’t lose it overnight, but I feel this could aid in my weightloss.

I am aware of the side effects and what not, but am willing to take the risks.

So if you could tell me where you started and how much you lost that would be great.

Thanks!

speaking from a pharmacy be careful what this drug dose is very dangerous and gross honestly. it pulls most of the fat you eat out of your body but also the drug will pulll out oil soluable vitamins your body needs. we have never had anyone stay on this longterm or refill it for that matter. i think they are going otc so it can hit a mass market. you get anal oil leakage and it is not comfortable. remember when frito-lay came out with the olestra chips and people were in the bathroom all day. it is like that. be patient and know you are doing your best to be healthy. this is not a healthy product. be sure to eat a low fat diet (especially if you decide to take this drug it will reduce the anal leakage) I hope you love yourself enough to not put your body in risk though. maybe up your training a day or use the money you would pay for this supplement with to try something new or fun tennis lessons/pass to the pool etc. I wish you the best of everything be sure you surround yourself with people who praise your hardwork. it is so hard to lose weight slowly but it is also the most kept off weight versus the quick fixes.
