Diet Pills and Weight Loss

Question by sexy law chick: What’s the best way to cleanse your body prior to starting a new diet?
I hate to say “diet.” I am not sure if I am going to do a particular diet. But I know I want a life change in how I eat and exercise, and I want my body to be prepared for maximal results.

I once was on a diet where I was required to eat nothing but green vegatables and red meat for three days to cleanse prior to starting. It gave me awful migraines.

Any advice?
