This is my weight loss journey Starting weight: 195 Last weight in (7 days ago):170 Current weight 166-167 Next Goal “165″ Doing the Slim Fast diet and instead of slim fast shakes I’m using Pure Protein shakes and Lichi meal replacement. Eating slim fast snack bars and fruits. Plus 1 sensible meal per day. DRINKING LOTS OF WATER

I have tried it for quite sometime but not much results. After the intial weight loss my weight is staying the same even though I exercise daily.I have heard that slimfast contains alot of sugar. Is this harmful?

I’m going to Cali on June 23 and I am about 40 pounds overweight. I have been dieting and exsersizing with no results. I know there are alot of useless uneffective diet pills and I’m just wondering if anyone can suggest any that are safe and actually show results.

i lOVED phentermine. but I’ve heard it’s really hard to get now. I purchased mine on line. If I can find it, I’m getting back on it to lose all the weight that I’ve gained since I had my baby. I don’t know about over the counter versions. Currently, I’m taking slimquick HOODIA, it’s working okay so far. But I need to start excercising more to make it more effective. Excersice and LOTS of water, i think that is key to losing weight.
