I don’t know about 7 days. I have heard 3 days is ok, but more than that is unhealthy.

I hear they are great for breaking some bad cravings and habits. I know not everyone agrees with them, but I would liek to try one. Does anyone know the basics that they could share with me? I would ratehr not run out and buy a book.
