Question by : Starting the Master Cleanse, should i do a colon cleanse right before or during to get the best results?
I’m starting the Master Cleanse soon and was thinking of getting a colonic to reduce the detox pains right before I start. What I was wondering is, will it be more beneficial to get one right before, or about three days into the cleanse? Thank you!

Forget the cleanses. Eat healthy foods, exercise, drink plenty of water and your elimination system will work just fine.
