Question by joanne m: What is the difference between the slimfast diet and the cambridge diet?
I want to do 3 slimfast meals a day (no evening meal), isn’t that like the cambridge diet or lighter life diet? It works because you don’t have to think about food at all.

My friend went on those lost 8lbs on each one then gained back all of ti and some. She also got crazily obsessed/depressed, they’re both practically starvation diets. Stick to the ole 1200 calories a day with 30 minutes exercise rule
