Medifast Week 4 (with photos); Has anyone ever used Medifast, and it worked?

I’m currently doing Medifast with the free personal coach through Take Shape for Life. I’m 4+ weeks into the diet and down 17 lbs. Hooray for weightloss and health! I started my weightloss journey this year at 215lbs. On Medi Weightloss I lost about 15lbs, but I took a break and gained about 7 back. I started Medifast at 207lbs and am now at 190lbs. My primary goal is to get to 164lbs (officially out of overweight range on the BMI scale for 5’8″). Beyond that, my ultimate goal is probably around 150lbs.

Hi I used it last year and I did lose a little weight, it was ok but not great. I used it for about three months and I lost around 12-13 pounds. I wasn’t happy with this so I switched to using a nutrition expert and he was great. if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. All the way through you feel great and energized, you also get great coaching and support along the way. The people are very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so with no problems. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight. I lost all my weight in less than four months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them. Go to Heads of State or a Smoke Shop and get some detox stuff for $ 50 i don’t remember the name of it. My bf takes it all the time cuz they do drug tests. If not you can also Drink lots of cranberry juice, and water to clean your system out. It also depends on how much weed you smoke on a regular basis???

I see they are hiring in my area and think it could be an interesting job. However, I could lose a few pounds myself (ok, maybe more than a few – maybe like 40) Wouldn’t they want someone thin thin to give out weight loss advice?

I was reading on hear that you could lose weight by drinking lots and lots of green tea. i was wonder does it really work? I MUST fit in to my pageant dress by Saturday morning, Or I won’t compete(Made bet w/ mom). If it does, what else can I do to lose some fat? I can’t run do to my breathing problems and I can’t go outside until allergy season is over.

Actually, you don’t need to diet per se if you want to lose weight, the one thing that definitely delivered for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Reader’s Digest and CNN.
