the good-for-you parts and leaving the fattening stuff.  some
people accomplish this by avoiding white foods.  by this they
mean white flour, white sugar, and white rice.
never skip meals and never never never skip breakfast.
studies show that gearing up to digest takes extra calories
so have 5 or 6 smaller meals a day.  have a little protein
each time and fill  up on veggies or a bit of fruit.  fat free
milk, yogurt, and cheese are good for the snacks and they
taste pretty good when you get used to them.
