Question by dawn s: Does anyone know how nutrisystem works if I wanted to buy the food from an ebayer?
Want to know if I have 2 snacks a day 3 meals, or is there a step system depending on what week you are in like south beach diet… if i bought from someone else how do i know it is the amount i can have? or is it a generic plan & same for everyone?

There are certin fruits and Veggies that you can and cant have at pictular amounts, as well as pictular Free foods. as the ebayer if they have a Meal Planner they can toss in the box for ya, or check out the web site and they have the amounts of everything posted, Im not shure if you have to order food to gain access to the members part if it but Give it a try! good luck! Oh and the snacks are the same as dessert its one or the other.
