Perhaps you might want to investigate the Atkins diet which is a high animal protein diet. Starchy carbohydrates (bread, cereals, pasta, rice and nuts) are not permitted but non-starchy carbohydrates (most fruit and most vegetables) are permitted.
You can get a whole book on the Atkins diet with schedules and plans from Health Stores.
