This video is in response to a question I received: “I’ve been very faithful and am over the induction flu, but now I don’t have ANY energy. I slept great last night and I feel like I could lay down right now and take a nap. I’m not skipping meals, I’m taking a multivitamin, and am drinking loads of water. What can I do to get my energy back up?” My response to her was you are still early into the diet, so your body is still probably adjusting to the new diet. However, if you want to try something immediately, you might a couple supplements that worked for me. — Check the video out for what they are — www.vitaminlady.com www.raysahelian.com www.raysahelian.com www.bodybuildingforyou.com www.bodybuildingforyou.com www.mayoclinic.com

Question by : Can you do the Atkins diet while nursing a 12 month old?
My son is 12 months old so being nursed isn’t his only source of nutrition. He eats table food and baby food. After waiting a year can I start the Atkins diet?

Yes, you can. However, if you want to loose weight, be sure to make some sports too, not just dieting. Otherwise, your whole body will mess up, and you will look deflated rather than good.
