I really enjoyed this book. It is applicable to real-life situations and offers great tips and stradgies on how to change your mind set and attitude towards food and diet. Highly recommended for both usefullness and just an “all-around” good read. I absolutely LOVE this book. Bethenny is hysterical and her tips are fantastic. I highly recommend this book and for any other Bravo reality tv fans out there I also recommend BECOME YOUR OWN MATCHMAKER by Millionaire Matchmaker Patti Stanger.
